Contour template with four radii, for ice hockey players.
Best suited for adults and professional players (both defencemen and forwards).
Radius A: A small radius gives perfect insertion and fast acceleration.
Radius B: Intermediate uses radius 13′ (4m) for a combination of mobility and glide.
Radius C: A large radius improves glide / stability / balance.
Radius D: A small radius makes the profile fit an existing shape of a skate blade.
Fits the SSM PROFIL and the skate holder SM-6.
In cooperation with the Sweden Hockey Institute we have constructed our template series “the Natural Curve”.
This advanced template is calculated using our own software. It gives two equally high points on the blade. These points are positioned so that you get a better body position, which leads to more power when skating while retaining high frequency.
The Natural Curve gives an optimized ability for turning and retaining speed while turning. Good for cross-over skating and skating backwards.
